so I had a couple of bottles over the weekend for breakfast.
2/day during the work week seems to be a good pattern. I think I did better this week with groceries. I did get some kefir in addition to the kimchi in an effort to not destroy my gut by getting 1/2 my calories from maltodextrin.
soylent + orange metamucil is tasty, but if I wanted to shake my arms off trying to dissolve a powder, I wouldn't have bottles of mostly-water shipped to me in the first place. I think I'll just use capsules for supplemental fiber.
I ordered some meal squares to see if that was a viable alternative that I could take on a plane.
it is not.
they are inedibly unpalatable, and risky due to chocolate.
strongly recommended against.
