adventures in soylent, day 8
well, my initial order I placed on sunday & received wednesday, so I placed my subscription order friday, expecting to receive the delivery today or tomorrow, but it hasn't shipped yet. at 2 bottles/day, I have enough for today & tomorrow, but I bought the week's groceries planning on it, so will have to replan if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.
no soylent over the weekend, though we had some on hand, which let us optimise food selections for taste & nutrition rather than time/place available.
for other work-day food, I seem to be selecting for "vegetables in sauce" rather than "vegetables in sauce on top of grain".
no change in weight nor girth.
