ugh sick
I am sick, and it makes me sad. I went to Walgreens to pick out a cold medicine, and I for real stood there for like ten minutes. It was weird, I've always just had cold medicine, I've never had to go pick one out. Then I ran into Lauren Fahey (Did I mention she goes here and the world is like this big *holding fingers very close together*.) So yeah I talked to her for awhile and then my friend Marc and I went back to his dorm and hung out. Marc's roommate Petey has the abridged form of the American slang dictionary. It was fun. I decided that we need to use a new slang word every day so by the time we graduate we're the hippest kids ever. Today's word --> fractured: drunk (there are several fun definitions for drunk..i could use a new one every day) as in "By the time we left that four barrel party last night we were SO fractured." I love their dorm, I kind of wish I lived there. Maybe it will get better when school starts and people are "home" (read:at the dorm) more so I can start to hang out with them. Although the private baths would be nice... But I love all the people at their dorm too and even though I've only been here a week I feel like I've been here forever. I think i'm going to see if my friend Chris is in his room. A bientot.
