So a bank sends out a credit card application to a guy in Russia.
He didn't like the terms the bank was offering.
So he altered the contract and put in his own.
Apparently the bank didn't read the fine print, and sent the card out, then proceeded according to the original terms (theirs, not the new ones) so now the customer is suing the bank for something close to a million dollars for breach of (altered) contract.
Probably goes in the Do Not Try This At Home file.
