Oh, sneaky Google
Among the April Fools' Day jokes Google put up on Sunday was a partnership with NASCAR and entering their own self-driving car. Now everyone knew that Google HAD a self-driving car (and if you drive in the Bay Area, you may have even been next to it.)
Well apparently, they thought enough of this one to actually make a more commercial version a reality.
I do hope that in future years, they do this more often- a few outlandish concepts, and then one it turns out they were actually doing.
