Most people see them and they automatically think they are indestructible. What with their practiced facades and trained smiles, no one will suspect otherwise.
But no one really knows just how tightly Yunho holds Jaejoong’s hand. No one really sees the encouraging look in Yoochun’s eyes every time they meet Junsu's. No one really hears the worried tone in Changmin’s voice when he says “hyung” as he caresses his leader’s back.
No one really knows anything.
All they hear is Junsu’s resounding laughter. All they see is Jaejoong’s fight for attention. All they know is that Yunho is the leader - that he is steadfast, strong and invincible.
No one really pays attention to the fact that Yoochun cries because of those four boys; because he worries, because he cares, because he loves.
No one really knows that when they get home, all of them collapse into each other’s open arms and drift off to sleep, as the youngest whispers words of deep understanding and love.
It’s okay… we’re all okay.
