Changeling: Tory didn't go quite as well as I was hoping for, but with one player having to leave early due to being ill, and another horribly wiped out from a long day of work, coupled with a general unfamiliarity with a brand-new game, overall things went well. The four Lost (not a motley yet) have a Winter Court tutor and an Autumn Court minder, and have learned how to harvest emotions and the basic political structure of Boston's changelings, so it is a solid start.
One of the players did give an interesting bit of feedback afterwards; he said the setting felt half-organic, like he could reach out and feel it. I personally take that as a compliment, and a good sign for the game itself. I'm still a little nervous, but that's jitters left from the fiasco of the end of Werewolf: Reconstruction and the fallout.
Unfortunately all but one of my games are relaunching at the same time, so I'm a bit scattered. L5R: Shadows & Jade has wrapped up and we'll launch L5R: Spirit Wars soon. (My hope is that since L5R 2E came out mid-Clan Wars arc, and L5R 3E came out mid-Lying Darkness arc, that we'll see a 4E sometime, preferably one that actually functions as a balanced game. Note I am not holding my breath, however.) Changeling: Tory has started, and WoD: Dark Academia has finished, so we're re-launching a new Trinity game. To make matters even more fun, the "short" Star Trek: Pursuance game was so well received that it has spawned an ongoing (albeit occasional) continuation, Star Trek: Solstice. Thank the gods that most of these are bi-weekly, and that L5R: Tides of Blood is happily running itself for the moment. I'll have to wrap that up within 2008, but not as quickly as I'd feared earlier.
Needless to say, I'm a bit harried, but once the games all get off the ground and make contact with the players, things will be easier.
