Both games went well in the past two nights. L5R was a bit stilted, as once again the majority are playing different characters, but we had fun, I got to play a bit with the Dragon Mountains as a setting in and of itself, and it ended on a beautifully delivered line from Ralph: after outrunning and avalanche, the PCs ended up in a snowy heap in front of a Unicorn squad that outnumbered them five to one; without missing a beat Mirumoto Sanzo (Ralph) asked to see their travel papers.
Werewolf also went well; we played at Hordelings for the first time and it went well, although we had no Tiffany-monster. However, the cubs got to reunite with their respective families, which went very well (although I nearly cried a few times playing the various family members, and am having the same problem with the write-up), and they're beginning to realize there are a lot of hidden corners in their world...
It snowed last night. It wasn't much, and it'll be gone in a day, but it was nice. It still doesn't feel like winter, but it was a start.
Both housemates are home today, and while it's due to illness or unemployment, I wanna go home too... damnit.
Tonight is girl-time, tomorrow me-time, and Friday Jen-time.
That is all.
