Soundwave is the Deception Communications Officer and Meggy's right hand man. It's not that he kisses arse or antyhing, he just lacks enough personality to not show loyalty to megatron or be fairer on the others. He can read radio signals and sort of...vaguely minds as well. He also carries the wee cassetticons so might go looking for them at landels. Admittedly I thought it'd be really funny to have him pick up his poo on the first day and BAAW over Lazerbeak. I imagine the nurses will have to keep an eye on him. he'll brefriend the kitties in a bid to find Ravage. As for everything else.... he'll probably stick around Screamer, not exactly following but working together.
He lacks real personality and might come across as being rather slow and/or blunt.
