He watched Jack stride into the hub, coat flaring out behind him, crossing from the rolling cog door in one straight line to his office. Owen surfaced from the autopsy bay, frowned, and looked at Tosh. Ianto couldn't see her reaction from his position, but Owen made a face in response that suggested it was not good.
He stood still, debating. Any other day, he would make Jack a coffee right now. Any other day, he would have gone down and helped Jack out of his coat, set the coffee down by Jack's left hand, and listen to whatever Jack would say. Not today.
He suppressed a shiver. He'd have to face Jack at some point. He knew that Jack knew. But he wasn't ready, not yet. His courage failed, for now.

Jack
He'd known instantly, and Gwen hadn't needed to betray her team mate. Well, he supposed that was a small consolation, at least. He grimaced bitterly and sank down in his chair. He could do with some coffee right now. He could do with someone slipping the greatcoat off his body, with Ianto's strong hands on his shoulders, kneading out the tension.
He picked up his pen, and the action caused some papers on his desk to catch in the sleeve of his coat. Angrily, he half-stood to strip it off, throwing it in the direction of the coat stand. It missed; he didn't do anything. He sat back down, stared at his desktop for a bit, and ran his hands through his hair, leaning his elbows on the desk.
"Damn."
It didn't really matter. They weren't that serious anyway. Gwen would have found out regardless.
He just wished he didn't feel so betrayed.
