Let's Say...
...a girl has decided she hates baseball for a myriad of reasons and has found soccer. And that she needs some sport to watch after hockey (which ends in a couple weeks), so finding out that they end and start around the same time is a good thing for the MLS country. Now, what's a good team to support?
It seems pretty damn interesting from what I've seen. I watched Houston and LA but I don't know nearly enough and the closest regional team seems to be Dallas/Houston or DC - which stretch. SO. I need help. I don't quite understand everything but I like games where there's constant movement - hence the hockey. We have a minor, maybe subminor, team here in Atlanta but I've never been due to location. (Seriously, it's at Spaghetti Junction. Not the most safe location in the world.
I know a little about the sport from growing up around here. Soccer's always been an option. Of course, my lack of coordination didn't really help me enjoy it.
Also, on a hockey note, watching the Coyote players and fans explode and not acknowledge the extra amount of officiating against the opponent teams to get the Yotes further in playoffs is hilarious. Especially on the HF boards.
