Plans, They Might Be A-Changing...
So I'm thinking, if I can't get into the vet tech program right now because our choices suck in here in Georgia, I might go back in the fall for my Psych degree. I've got the useless AS (useless, as in, ha on getting a job on it). There's a local school that's not State and I could easily be a commuter to it. I'm rethinking the Vet Tech, not because I hate the program since I adore animals, but I can't be on board with how my school is working the pre-reqs. Meaning, I have to take Chem, which I am, but the Chem department head is a tool and a half. It's a long story, but having that calming influence on me in the book, I got a few more ideas.
I'd looked into the school before. And I liked the Psych program. So it's not a huge leap. I just had it as my back up plan. But it might be coming up as my as plan. I'm thinking, I might wanna look into working with the "aged" as the courses say. I just call 'em old people, with fondness. I grew up around them, not a lot of people in my age group. I still prefer them. And I love looking at people, at examing what makes them who they are. Not as a society, but as individuals. I've been studying people all my life. Still am.
