Little Things That Go Bump In The Night...
So, some important information, really.
My new kitty, not!Bindy is here. I loves her already. She has a vet appointment later. I'm trying to find a name that'll work for her. Remember, I prefer people names. I've tried like 30 or more. Jossverse, Sweet Valley High, Ryan's Hope, and some Harry Potter...all been used. She rejected every one. Delilah is out, by the way. Since that's a reserved name. And Jessica, no matter how much an awesome name, can't be used. There can be only one Jessica in this house. And if you suggest Elizabeth or Enid, I will not hold myself responsible for my actions.
In other news, my real costume for sabrina_pandora's party arrived today. I tried it on and other than a few minor changes, it'll be awesome. Especially with my new heels to wear with it. Damn they're pretty. And they make me nearly 5'6. Easy to walk in, too.
My mom went to the doc. When she fell, she fractured her nose, aggravated her old arthritis, and brought the fact she's had minor strokes before. It's be fabulous. So all my time is devoted to her, well, not all. But my days off. Sadly. Why did I move out again? I keep getting sucked by back in.
Also? How much do I love the Halloween season for having Gremlins 2 on, even if it does scare the crap out of me?
Now to finish watching Live Free whatever, or as I call it Die Hard IV. On that note, I did vote earlier today. Two hours for early voting in my county, metro Atlanta. I finally got it. Go me. And no, I didn't vote for any of the options. I made my own up. That's all there is to know about my voting choices. I'm just pissed that it took an hour out in the parking lot to get our ballots and then another hour to get in the other line to vote..after getting in two more lines past that. I swear, it was insane. I know strip searches that toop less time.
Kitty, please to be stop burrowing under the covers because you're mad the new one is here. Get over it. You're no longer an only child. Oh, Noelle. My damaged little child. I love you anyway. She's asleep at the end of the bed, nice and warm.
