I am...employed! I am, I am. She'll call me tomorrow with the new schedule. Before I left the working interview, I cleaned all the dishes, did some laundry, cleaned the dog cages that went home cages. There were like four boarding dogs and a cockatiel. That was it. So nice. The TA (tech assistant) I was working with rocked since he was a former kennel tech, too. It was an easy day, though my sneakers numbed my feet (there's a reason they stayed in the closet). That's okay, though. I love the place. It's an all pets animal hospital (meaning exotics too) that's all of 5-10 minutes from the house. Three streets over. *grins* I love this. It's organized, seems to have its head on straight. Part-time, but hey, it's a job, and maybe if I do a good enough, they'll find something else for me to do. Oh, I'll cross train with reception and TAs (obviously can't do tech or doc since that's schooling) so that if a pinch comes up, I can help out. I really like this job, so much. And I saw the CUTEST little toy poodle named Diva. She was white and black, and just so sweet. She cuddled up to me and went limpless. So sweet. I wanted her, and I don't like poodles usually. The best disposition. I could keep an eye on her. So adorable.
