Well, honestly!
Dear Charter Cable,
You suck! It's not nice to mess with my channels and not send us a card beforehand letting us know that the entire list except for local affiliates are changing. It was very rude to be watching one station and it be something else the next. I don't like having to play "find the station," especially since half of them are always on commerical break!
