Seriously, I'm not surprised by Sci-Fi's decision, since I've been expecting it all season. However I find it very disgusting the timing. They got the 200th episode, so who cares about the fans? They made history, end of story. That's completely assbastardy. Seriously. You know, that network has issues with its viewers. They're as bad as the WB in spitting in the face of the people that keep the channel running. Continously spit on people, and eventually they'll tired of it and leave. I'm glad that SGA is safe, at least for one season, but it shows how little the network respects the people that keep their butts in a job. I wouldn't plan on a Season 5 of SGA.
*sighs* Really, the timing is absolutely sucky.
Article here. I do like that people discussed the fact promotion could be a cause. No, you think? I had a feeling, due to the lack of buzz they helped create, that it would be the end of SG-1. They did the lazy way, the "we did all we could to make it work." You know, the WB's way. Because that always ends so well with that channel and their reputation doesn't it?
