1. Were you named after anyone?
Of course. I was named after a sweet old lady my mother nursed late into her pregnancy. She was a "dear thing", apparently. She had reverted back to her childhood. Appropriate, no? I imagine she smelled like cabbage old lady.
2. When was the last time you cried?
Last night, but only coz I screamed the C word at a bus so loud my eye balls almost burst out of my head. Of course, I'm thankful they decided to tear up instead.
3. Do you like your handwriting?
I do. Especially when it's legible. It reminds me of my mothers, but "joined up" writing - not print.
4. What is your favorite lunch meat?
Oh! That spicy beef stuff you can get from the supermarket. But it's super expensive, so if I'm really, really lucky, I'll get plain ol' ham.
5. Do you have kids?
It's hard enough to look after myself! But ask me again in a couple of months, life's always full of surprises.
6. If you were another person, would you be friends with you?
I consider myself a "sometimes friend". Like a "sometimes food". Rich, addictive, but only appropriate in a well-balanced diet. But yes, I'd add me to my fruit and vege.
7. Do you use sarcasm?
Not at all.
8. Do you still have your tonsils?
Yes. They're not worth much on the black market.
9. Would you bungee jump?
Hell yes! If I was all rigged up by a professional. I'm looking to sky dive for my 21st. But then, that's not bungee jumping.
10. What is your favorite cereal?
Has to be a tie with Fruit Loops (holiday cereal) and Nutri-Grain (Comfort food).
11. Do you untie your shoes when you take them off?
Only when I have to. I prefer to not have laces dangling everywhere when they're in my shoe pile. Yes, I have a pile.
13. What is your favorite ice cream?
Chocolate. If we're getting specific, the Tip Top Chocolate ice cream in the 2L container. I'm a simple girl with (reasonably) simple wants and needs. Easy to please and all that jazz.
14. What is the first thing you notice about people?
Their teeth. I'm shorter than most and have this thing about straight teeth. It's not my fault they're at eye level and my parents subjected me to years of pain so that mine now sit off centre.
15. Red or pink?
Red. It's much more decisive. Certain. Permanent. Strong.
16. What is the least favourite thing about yourself?
Oh, the list! Ummmm, first thing that comes to mind? Freaky toe.

Light blue with white, pale pink and purple hearts. They're my PJ pants, leave me alone.

General traffic noises.

Lime green. A "sometimes colour". And looks fantastic wrapped up in a deep purple.

Toilet bleach (shut up), clothes straight out of the dryer, boy hugs (I swear they have their own smell).

Ah, a woman responding to an email I sent at work.

Watch? No thanks, if I'm not playing it then any game will only ever really be background noise.

Naturally, black. Currently my hair is kinda... splotchy. Bit o' red here, bitta black there. Dark Brown, reddish in parts in the light I guess.

Green. Brown. Hazel. Depends on mood, the lighting of a room, and what I'm wearing.

No point, my glasses are the weakest reading glasses in the city. If not the world.

A good mac 'n' cheese. Like Cherry used to make. Yum!

Happy all the way. The mushier, the better.

Black singlet. But there's enough fluff from the dryer to count grey as a colour...

Winter, but only because I love woollen cardigans, bright scarves and hand knitted anything.
