Please, Do Be Telling Me...

Today, I...

Got up at 6.30 (again) but realised I didn't need to leave until 9.
So naturally, I fiddled with the sleep button on the alarm clock for an hour or so.
For those who don't make regular visits to my room, my alarm clock is now situated on the opposite side of the room to my bed - so I have to get up when it attacks all that is holy.
(Sleep).

Got up again when I had to.
Showered.
Dressed.
Changed.
Found socks.
Decided on sneakers.
Changed.

Waited at bus stop for 15 minutes in the cold.
Sat on the crowded (and yet still cold, wtf?) bus for 30 minutes.
Stood on a poor lady's lace as she got off the bus.
She didn't know it was me.
The guy behind me did.

Waited in Maclaurin (they have the best couches) for 20 minutes to wait for my tutorial across the road to start.

Sat in the tutorial for 45 minutes.
Got an essay back, which I already knew the mark of (don't ask).
Endured boring questions.
No one answered.
So endured boring explanations.

He gave us Coke and lollies though.
That was nice.

Waited outside in the Wind and Cold on Kelburn Pd for 40 minutes at the bus stop.
Bus was cold.
Took 23 minutes and 45 seconds (timed on my cellphone).
It'd have been much less but there was a delay in Newtown.
Damn elderly and mothers with youngin's in their care.

I spent far more time in transit than I did at my tutorial.
And paid $5 for the privilege.

Got home.
Sat on bed.
For hours.

I did a couple of loads of laundry.
(Long overdue).

But I really don't know where 6 hours of my day went.
That's 6 hours of my life that I'll never get back.

And my room isn't clean.
So, if you don't hear from me for a while - my internet's been cut.
Dad's pulling out the big guns.

...So yeah, that's was my day.
Glad you read it?
