Taupo's a long way, but not much further than HB really, so I'm sure I could manage it.

tool arnt exactly great to listen to sober unless its the song hehehe. and yeah, geting pissed, listening to metal.. oh fuck... its fantastic. if avenged sevenfold go next year im there. im saving up to go see slipknot next year hopfuly, fuck, its going to be mad.
bus' dont really cost the much, that are feul efficient, honestly. its wierd, but true. they are. its just the oil and fan blet that u gotta watch, and if u get a flatty u gotta get a mechanic to fix it. aka me

That's all down to opinion. I happen to be a big Tool fan, drunk or otherwise.

And a bus to Auckland woulda cost me a week's pay (I only work 7 hours). The train cost a bit more than that. The advantage of taking a car is that it's a lot more flexible. Downside is that driving is tiring. Also, the cost of petrol to Taupo would be a little more than one bus ticket, so with 2 or more people there's a saving.
