I've Been Dying To Tell You Anything You Want To Hear

"It's important to understand the difference between confidence and competence" - My father.

My new drive arrived the other day, and once we got back here yeterday, schmidtey proved that I couldn't have installed it myself. And he was awesome and fixed it when it didn't work the first time... *grins like a zomgiwannaputyouinmybag chubby five year old*

So, now I can actually write CDs. And DVDs.
...I don't even know why dad insisted I got it.
USB memory stick is a lot easier, and now that I've got an iPod...

The Rongotai ball was awesome.
Everyone looked so pretty.
And, of course, the variety of colour...
Love it.

You an check out the (non-blurry) photos from the night here.
When you're looking through them, please keep in mind that they were originally up for my grandmother, as she lives through her grandchildren, and unfortunately, I'm one of the few who shares her new-found interest in the joys of the internet.

Also, looking through YouTube, I found a lovely video of the RC prefects' dance on Saturday night (which just so happens to be uploaded on my account... wtf?).
It's a little shaky, but that's probably because the person behind the camera is laughing.
Or rather, showing appreciation for the entertainment with an outward display of amusement.
A mere chuckle if you will.
And... maybe some bourbon.

Saturday morning's exam went... well, not great... but it could have been a lot worse.
That being said, you can't trust my opinion until my marks get posted. I'll be happy with 60%. Ecstatic with 70%. Dead from shock if I get any more than 75% (I know what I'd put my money on Brett wanting...)
