1. What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?
I went to Thailand, Japan, Montreal. I am finally living totally on my own with a reeeeal job (as opposed to my previous fake ones), living in downtown Chicago (yeah, I used to live in Chicago, but I lived in the Burbs), Getting a BBBS little sister, and taking the el.
2. Did you keep your new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't make new years resolutions; I try to better myself all the time.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Naomi!
4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope, thankfully.
5. What countries did you visit?
Thailand, Japan, Canada, and the republic of California (haha).
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
An actual marketing job, as opposed to a job that has a bit of marketing, and making more money.
7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
I don't remember dates. However, sometime the end of March was when I moved.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Yeah, again, real job.
9. What was your biggest failure?
I need to read more again; I don't think I finished one book this year (although I started a whole ton).
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
Strep, Mono, and a really bad cold.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
I didn't buy all that much- maybe my dining room table? I think it was my biggest purchase.
12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?
All of my friends.
13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?
More people than normal I think; odd.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Gas, travel, car repairs, various small things that snowballed.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Moving, and Thailand.
16. What song will always remind you of 2007?
Popular- from Wicked. I love Wicked!
17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
Happier/sadder: Happier- definitely.
Fatter/thinner: About the same, as I always am. i don't think I've gained or lost substantial weight since middle school.
Richer/poorer: Close to the same, but possibly a bit richer since I moved to the new better/cheaper apt.
18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Being more adventurous, meeting more people, being less lazy, possibly getting a second evening job.
19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Laziness and procrastination (ESPECIALLY procrastination).
20. How did you spend Christmas?
At my sisters.

Yes

Desperate housewives/ chuck/ ugly betty

I don't think so. Life is too short to hate.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, mainly because I think this is the only book I finished. I also started agent zigzag, but had to bring it back to the library before i read it.
27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Way, way too many to put in this little space.

Boots! To go to more countries, tivo, cashmere scarf, cash.

I have to pick one? Atonement was pretty good.

I went to madison, sang karaoke, rode around on a boat and went tubing. it was a blast!
32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
A wad of cash. Oh wait... :-)

Higher quality pieces, more daring and more variety.

Julia, Travis, Liz, Lisa, a few various other friends that rock.

I think be a little more lax and open minded; being really uptight and fixed in your ways just makes you stressed out and gets you no where.
