During one of our initial get-to-know-you sessions, Jon and I put on Purple Rain.  We didn't get to watch much of it, cos I am a whore.  I'm realising once again as I watch this half time show how UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLY amazing he is at guitar.  He's singing "Purple Rain," and I'm taken back to Sunday nights at the Empire with Ken Haddock.  I miss Belfast. :(
