(no subject)
my valentine's day meal:
jamaican jerk seasoned salmon filets
steamed asparagus with shallots and garlic
red potatoes with cilantro and extra virgin olive oil
all cooked by my wonderful boyfriend!!
he also got me a gourmet chocolate bar (i am going to KILL him. i told him not to get me candy. i think he likes my curves though) and dance dance revolution hottest party for wii, with the pad and game and everything. our neighbors have it and it's a blast. i'm sure i'll drive garrett merchant (our downstairs neighbor) insane with it. oh well!!
dan also bought me a bottle of strawberry champagne for when i can drink again. he said they were letting people have free samples at naman's market (where he got all the food and stuff) and that it tasted pretty good, considering i'm a champagne freak. and to drink tonight he got me a bottle of sparkling grapefruit lemonade. i'm drinking it out of a wine glass so i can still feel bad.
oh and we also got radiohead in rainbows. FINALLY. i've been asking for that forever now! it's really good. i'm very happy.
i'm in a great freakin' mood the past couple of days. it's like now that i'm out of the hospital, life is so much more enjoyable. even more enjoyable than it was before i was in the hospital. i hope this feeling lasts.
