I read somewhere that Nazi Concentration camp doctors determined 900 calories was the minimum amount of calories possible to sustain human life. Yet so many people go on these calorie crashing diets where they eat only 600 calories a day or less...

yesh...

i have heard about this too.
it's amazing what people will do to themselves....calorie crashers

people in the camps worked alot harder though, and didn't have vitamins...but still, 600 a day is insane.

I don't know, considering the calories for "normal" people were probably in the 2000 and upwards range.

It's different for everyone.

I need something like 1435 a day.
