Felt quite ill this morning after consuming what I believe was rotten evaporated milk in my coffee. Still not quite normal so the flu-like symptoms I am experiencing do disturb me. Hope that I'm not sick as no time has been allocated in the project schedule for illness.

Busy working away to the sound of percolating coffee and sizzling pork. Take a break to eat and turn in early tonight. Bloody tired I am.
