I cannot say I have any ideas. My captain would probably suggest drinking or such, though I do not know if that would be best for Styles-san.

Not drinking would be the best option. Because drinking would kill him.

The office does require him, yet I am not certain that is a high priority for him. At the same time, maybe he would need something to occupy his mind.

That could make him unhappy at work and then make it shitty for everyone else. Dragging him could be the last resort. Ideally, for the benefit of all, it should be the conclusion he comes to on his own.

Given time, I would assume that he would come to that conclusion, so the point of making him happy is void? He did lose someone important to him. I would drop in, but I am unsure that would be welcome.
