in other news, it's a fucking shame that the mossad had to go and blow up some trains in Spain. i seriously doubt it was "al qaeda" or the basques. everyone knows that there was a grand total of ONE spaniard who supported the war in Iraq. he just happened to be the PM. looks like they got Atocha (the main train station in Madrid. it's the main hub for the subway as well as the long distance trains.) that's too bad. last time i was there (okay, the only time i was there), i hadn't eaten in a couple days and had just arrived at Atocha on a train from Valencia where i'd spent all goddamned day stoned, starving, and delerious in record heat trying to make it to Madrid for a flight home. anyways, when i got to Atocha i hit an ATM and some funds had finally cleared after several days with no money and i was unbelievably happy because i knew i'd finally get a decent meal. it didn't turn out to be very decent, actually. it was late and i had very little time to find a place to crash, so i ended up hitting some funky ass mcdonalds because it was the first thing i came across.
anyways. such a shame..
