*smooshes the fic and Leigh allllllll over*

I LOVE IT. If I started copying favorite bits, I'd have the whole thing in the comment box. But a few:

They were the brightest blue he'd ever seen; not blue-grey like his own, but the shining blue hue of a summer's day. And the intelligence that danced behind them, as if she knew something others did not, made him want to unlock her secrets. Ahhh! Perfect, perfect.

and

For Morgana's sake, he'd even bought her a fluffy kitten! All the gifts were super creative, but this one made me laugh.

Stargazing! Lucius is a very cunning and smart man, to attract Narcissa's interest that way. And the bit of foreshadowing with the Draco constellation was great.

Thank you so much, Leigh. ♥ Happy Holidays :)

Oh, I'm so glad you liked it! I'm not kidding, I sat at my desk yesterday for about an hour just trying to figure out what to write.

And I can see Lucius being like, "WTF? Girls love kittens," and then being all baffled when it didn't work.

Lucius is cunning. He's a coward, but I think he's a cunning man, and he pulled out all the stops to win his wife. (And when I saw that bit about the Draco constellation-- it's been a few years since my last astronomy class-- I knew I had to use it)

I'm really glad you enjoyed, bebe! :*

It was enough to make a man - a lesser man, obviously, not him - quite mad.

I LOVE that line. It makes me giggle every time. You can practically taste how frustrated he by her refusal to fall at her feet.

And by her feet, I meant his feet.
