Introducing NPC!
Alrighties~ I've decided to bring an 'npc' character to Venetia, basically an original character that is knowledged about Venetia and wasn't pulled from other worlds like the others. Her name is Stella, and her profile is here: link. You don't have to add her journal because she'll be posting in the RP main comm, but her personality and background is written there.
Sooo... here's how it works. Stella knows everything about Venetia, for she created it, but will not tell you everything about it. She makes events and is able to influence the setting. She wanders around the city and if your character has a wish of any sort, she is able to grant it for a 'price'. The payment varies and isn't always equal to the weight of the wish depending on her preference. If she likes your character, she might let them get off easier. =P For payment, she'll usually ask for personal or city-related favors (aka community service XD). But if the wish is more complicated, she might take physical or psychological things from the characters, but the effects will wear off.
