Another WTF moment
On the way home from the theater tonight, I stopped by WallyWorld and picked up a can of sloppy joe stuff. And me, being true to form when I cook, modify it to suit myself. Adding spices, peppers, onions... stuff like that. I took some over to Miss Frances cuz, hell, she's been feeding me off and on all month.
She just came over a few minutes ago and said "I didn't know you could cook like that!!!! You can outcook ME!"

This is a 68 year old black woman, and the general rules is, black folks can COOK!
I'm just a plain old simple southen boy cook. Thats all. Nothing fancy. Hell, I don't measure shit when I cook usually. I *NEVER* go strictly by a recipe.
So where the HELL is all this "You're a great cook" thing coming from?????
