bad bad deer

So I have not talked about my weight watchers in a while and its because I have been failing at it. I am back up to 190 right now and I really hate it. Problem is they completed changed how they do the whole points thing and so I have not been able to use any of the tools I used to use to keep track for one. Another is well I have been slipping a lot. Maybe some of its mental or emotional eating but I really need to get back on track to trying to reach my goal of 175. I am so close, far closer now that I have been in a very long time. I can't lose sight of this.
