Prop 8 ruled unconstitutional. Now I have many friends who do not think a judge should be allowed to overturn a majority vote by the people, and I understand I do, I am not however going to argue or debate that issue. For now I am just going to enjoy this even though I know there are at least a couple more years of legal battles but for today I am just going to enjoy it.
