I actually had to train Berdan graduates at work today, and one of them was this really tall huge black guy with dreds.
Big Black Man: "So, what do you do for fun?"
Me: "Uhh hang out with friends, go to movies, go bowling, stuff like that."
Big Black Man: "Do you drink?"
Me: "Like alchohol?"
Big Black Man: "Yes"
Me: "Well not really. I have but not really."
Big Black Man: "OH MY GOD you're missing out! ..... Do you smoke pot?"
Me: "I have."
Big Black Man: "I smoke everyday! It really helps me concentrate and I still pass all my classes!"
So I guess I know more than a 23-year old, totally unprofessional, pot smoking dental assistant trainee.
Other insane stuff happened at work too, but I don't feel like going into detail. The only thing that seemed totally ironic and felt really soothing to me was at my highest peak of stress, "In Your Eyes" came on the radio and I felt better...
After an 8 hour shift I came home, showered, ate dinner, watched part of a movie, then went over to Chris's. We watched Kill Bill which was an awesome but insane movie. Then I was hysterical for a while after Chris said something about cows.
Oh oh oh, did anyone else see that rainbow?
