I love how when I'm up late, trying to cover a months worth of material, I decide that it's a good idea to take a "nap." I KNOW I'm not going to wake up on time, I just know it, yet I still take one. The problem is that once I lay down for what should be a 30 to 45mn nap, my mind is racing, so it takes a good hour or so to finally calm down and fall asleep. Once I do fall asleep, it's lights out, game over. I'm out! So that happened last night/early this morning. This basically means that I will most definitely get, if lucky, a B or C in psychology, because I needed to get an A on this test in order to get an A in the class. I just feel bad because I know my professor on a personal tip and I don't want to look like an idiot, or make her feel like I don't value her class. Mostly though, I don't want to look like an idiot. All I know is that after this test, I'm starting ASAP on studying for the final.
Oh and I'm also skipping health today, for the billionth time. I need to figure out what I'm going to do for my honors project.
I have also re-enrolled in Netflix. This is important because before I didn't want to because I felt like I wasn't getting enough done as it is, so having a movie to distract me would only make it worse. But I guess that's fine. I suck at life, so why not become a movie buff in the meantime? My logic is that it'll help me save money by not going out as much. Not to mention, I wont be horribly disappointed by movies at the theater anymore!
I have a coupon for Lunapads, $5 off a purchase of $25 bones or more, but I'm thinking I really don't have the bread for it. I have a shitload of bills that I'm putting off. So I'm really in no position to be making convenience purchases at the moment, Netflix was a stretch. Oh god that's sad.
I recently found this site, which I'm sure other people have known about for ages, but it's awesome.
http://www.pandora.com/. Basically you go there, type in the name of an artist you like, and it plays music similar to that artist. It's pretty awesome. It basically creates a station for you, and you can skip songs you don't like, but only a few times within an hour. Eventually if you keep skipping, you reach your max and you have to listen to all the songs, but you can get around that by creating another station. :) So it's pretty awesome. As the music plays, the bands you like or songs you like, you can bookmark or buy them off iTunes, as it has a link for that. I think you can add friends and all that jazz, but for now I'm just checking out the free music.
I'm off to salvage as much studying as I can before 11.
