My eighty-something year old aunt has informed me that she’s dissolving one of her bank accounts and that she’ll be sending me a share of it soon. She wants me to be able to enjoy it while she’s alive, she said, so I’m “not waiting around for (her) to die”.
I said, uh, thanks.
Tomorrow I leave for a week-long tour with Gestures. I will most likely have only limited access to the Internerd over the course of the coming week. This means that I won’t be doing the usual workaday things that I get paid to do, like commenting on your LJ entries and chatting with you via e-mail. However, I promise to resume these activities next week after I’m done being a rock star. So everyone have a phenomenal week, you hear?
