I have a good feeling about this community - that it's going to go into another cycle of lots of fics. I'll be doing my part, in any case. There's a lot to tell here that hasn't even been hinted at yet.

"I probably present the appearance of a bomb squad member attempting to defuse toast with an egg in the middle." That's my favorite bit right there. *luvs you*

My favourite cross over pairing. Nobody does it better.

Absolutely lovely. Wonderful. Please write more jamie/geoff - it's a dying pairing. Beautiful dialogue.

::grins:: I would beg to differ. We may not be a bustling community, but j/g has no reason to die out, and certainly won't as long as I'm around.

I'm glad you enjoyed the story. There are several more being worked on in the notebook, some of which will certainly see the light of day.

And I'll definitely try the recipe (only it's a bit late today as I'm about to go to Sunday lunch with a friend and next weekend I'll be with the rels - but I will try it). And I love dipping toast crust into warm runny egg yolk.

This is an anytime-food, in case that was holding you back. I often made it for myself for dinner while I was living on my own in Japan.

I'm happy to have made somebody's day with my story. ♥ That really makes posting worthwhile.
