Well we spoke with the National board and they say we can continue for awhile like this, with only 2 board members. We're going to have a live Meet-and-Greet next weekend though, where I hope we will find some more people who can step up to help. The National people seemed very nice and eager to help us, though they (as well as I) are still not quite certain why the president felt she must quit.
