4 More Days
Getting ready to head off for the annual beach trip! I'm getting all my prescriptions sorted so I don't run out next week, washing my t-shirts & shorts, & folding up all the sheets & towels we'll take with us. Of course, I also have to finish tidying up the kitchen & library so Bar won't think we've had a break-in when she arrives! And I need to get my bangs trimmed before Saturday ...
All of my Book Launch Party swag has arrived & is packed & ready to transport. All I have to do now is order the cupcake-cake a week ahead of time. To do that, I need to print out some images of electric guitars & get them to the baker. I'm also going to either print out a list of hashtags or get a little dry-erase board & write them on that. I'm trying to get everyone to spread the word via social media. If I knew any book bloggers, I'd send them an advance copy of the book (if I had any myself at this point). That's another thing I'm working on ... getting copies to take to the party.
For now, however, I'm just looking forward to a week away from work pressures. I need the beach...
