Nearly a week into the new lifestyle changes and I've already lost 3 pounds. The roomie hasn't weighed himself but we're both feeling more alert and less lethargic. It's one of those anti-inflammatory diets and it makes a lot of sense when you look at the science behind it. Very similar to paleo.
