My additional question ... those marked with ??? are ones I'd really like to know WHY they are on the list ... I mean, for cryin' out loud, how can you ban religious literature? And Little House on the Prairie?? WTF?? Is there a longer list somewhere, maybe with Little Women and Nancy Drew on it?? I can understand the scifi, and the books with disturbing images ... but WTF is objectionable about Laura Ingalls Wilder? Maybe I need to read it again ... is there a gay sex scene in there? I've actually been thinking ... I wonder if U2 would let me publish a religious-type book about their song lyrics? I'm sure I could get at least one textbook out of them. I could get it on the Banned Book List: God As Defined by 4 Yobbos From Dublin, or, U2 As Religious Doctrine.
