Got the edits back yesterday! "A nice clean copy," the editor said, "and I found myself absolutely sucked into the story." I'm right chuffed. Looking forward to getting the thing actually in print -- I'm going to buy a box of the things and see how many I can sell myself. It'll give me a good excuse to go to all those gun shows, historical re-enactments, and other things I keep "not having time" for.
