WTF Am I Thinking?
pipmudturtle and I are thinking seriously about going to DragonCon this year -- it's Labor Day Weekend so the cost is going to be higher and there won't be any con hotel rooms available, but we never do stay at a con hotel, so ....
Check out the guest list and you'll see why we're so tempted this year! The downside is -- they're up to FIVE FECKIN' HOTELS now! *headdesk* The one thing I hate about a ginormous con -- and DragonCon now rivals ComicCon -- is the feckin' crowds! Stand in line over two hours just for a chance to get into a lecture by your favorite author or actor!
I may pack the espresso machine and set up a stand in a corner ...
