"Your average skilled worker makes anywhere between $300 and $400 a month." Kye shoved his papers across the kitchen table, where they were having an early cup of coffee and watching Carmela cook breakfast.
Jess nearly spit out his drink. "Good God, that explains why I never felt the urge to become an average worker!" Carmela swatted him across the head with a towel.
"Sorry, I meant Good Gosh!"
I'm planning a trip to see my friend berealexander in October. We always have fun scheming about book plots and touring the Iowa countryside. Bar and I both write gay erotica, but now that I'm branching out to the newly-invented Western Mystery, I can get some help coming up with Jess Knight Plans for future books. Now the only problem is the eternal one when I travel -- can I get all my crap into one carry-on bag so I don't have to pay the checked bag fee?
