Looks like a friend of mine at work may not be there much longer. And the reasons why don't exactly surprise me.
I remember reading in a magazine about a study of office workplaces. When a man reacted negatively to a situation no one batted an eye, but when a woman reacted the same way to a similar situation she was though of being 'crazy bitchy' (I'm paraphrasing). And that's in an office and not in a welding shop. It's to be expected. Hell, I expected allot worse. My friend can be intense and bitchy, not not as much as some of the other guys the boss has both put up with and forgiven.
This makes me think about any reasons I could get fired for.
If I get fired it will most likely be because they think I'm a lesbian (even tho I did go home with a guy from the bar that one night they were there).
I'm not too bent out of shape about it (about 3/10 frustrated).I guess there is just some small tiny part of me that just can't help but get frustrated. Oh well. C'est la vie.
