i love how irony tries to pre-empt me by sitting and sitting pretty before i give him the commands.
or he'll try to sweet talk me by rubbing against my legs instead of sitting.
but i'd say, 6 or 7 times out of 10, he sits and sits pretty on command (of course, if food or a treat are pending). he doesn't get rewarded until he does the command *when* i tell him to, and if it is executed properly. half-sitting down or using the wall to hold himself up while sitting pretty don't get rewarded.
i'm going to have to try to use the commands out of the kitchen, and when food is not present. i've tried it at work, but he's too freaked there to do anything but slink and cry around the icu :P
