New Layout

The community has a new layout, check it out! This took forever for me to code and I'm really proud of it. The tags list is shiny and organized, so hopefully that will help everyone find old posts.

I will also be updating the userinfo and the resources, as well as adding a FAQ post.

Watch for a new icons post later today. :)
