Harvard Lecture

Today, I went to the lecture at Harvard Museum of Natural History for environmental club. The topic is Global Warming. First of all, we all got lost going to there. Once we got there, the guest speaker was talking so fast and it's supposed to be a college lecture and in Harvard, so there were some stuff we didn't quite understand. What we got out of this was:
1) NASA have information about the climate and they are not letting the public know because it's unpleasant.
2) There is a gaining of Greenland Ice sheets and in a few hundred years, we could loose it all by the rate we are going.
3) 80% of our energy is fossil fuel. If we reduce/switch fossil fuel, we might have a change of improving the world for our loved ones later in life. We need to find an alternative like natural gas.
4) We can adapt now, but it will be more expensive for the cost of living if we don't act now!

We want the US to be the leader in the advancement of the world, not be the one who are lagging behind.

So act now to save our world before it's too late so our future generations will not have to pay the consequences!
