I was pawing through paintings in our Salvation Army today when this yuppie scum and her yuppie scum friend practically knock me over trying to get to some frames. The only painting I was interested in she definitely didn't want, which was a black velvet number with a fluffy white dog. Definitely not sanctioned by HGTV! I left it, knowing it will be there Monday if I decide I can't live without it. However, we did leave with five records and a 1950s Irish Cream glass with the recipe on it (in case I don't know how to mix whiskey and coffee).
