Just got back from the new jewelry hall at the V&A with
dansette. I am still completely dazzled and moved by it all. Some of the pieces there are so sparkling and intricate that you can't look directly at them.
Another great thing-- the new Melvins-- Nude With Boots-- is fucking amazing. Rockin' heaven. (

I have four duck eggs and I don't know what to do with them. They are big, white, semi-transulscent and have been laid by famous BBC ducks. When you see some pastoral period thing on the beeb that involves ducks, they are probably the ducks of my husband's coworker. (Apparently a special car is sent for these ducks when they have to work. Posh ducks.) I'm thinking eggs on chiabiatta toast provencal with oyster mushrooms...I hear you can't fry them so I will probably end up poaching them...will report back.
