I'm seriously starting to go *squick* over my g-mail account. The more I
read about it, the more sketch it sounds. I'm not sure what to do, because, I've hated every other e-mail system I've had in the past. Any advice? What do you guys have besides g-mail that you're happy with? (minus you Albion folk who actually have decent school e-mail *grrs at you teasingly*)
Not because you have to, but because you WANT to! Things you enjoy, even when no one around you wants to go out and play. What lowers your stress/blood pressure/anxiety level? Make a list, post it to your journal.
1. cuddling with dan. It doesn't matter what kind of mood either of us is in, unless it's just too damn hot (such as when it is 90 in my appartment with the fan going because the AC's broken) it is something that is always wonderful. Even when I feel like life is crashing down upon my head, or even if we're both being crabby, just laying there makes things 1 million times better.
2. reading (as
theiving_gypsy called them) "comfort books". Young adult historical fiction, ooey gooey romance novels, epic fantasy series (david eddings/robert jordanish)
3. blasting what ever music I'm feeling at the moment (angry girl music, musicals, beautiful tori type stuff, while just manically cleaning my appartment.
4. watching disney cartoon musicals. I have an emergency date with sleeping beauty this weekend
5. cuddling with my kitties. Pumpkin, smokey, and madelyn cuddling is second only to dan cuddling.
6. watching my comfort movies, which are this really random eclectic collection. Everything from Casablanca, to Top Gun, to Bye Bye Love and How to make an American Quilt.
